NO REFUNDS / FINAL SALE
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing (size charts are provided)
- Change of mind
- Shipping delays outside our control
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We only offer replacements if:
- The item is defective, or
- You received the wrong item
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo proof of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
NO RETURNS WITHOUT APPROVAL
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first before filing a dispute.
We actively fight chargebacks and submit evidence including:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking and delivery confirmation
- Fraud detection data (IP address, device, etc.)
- Customer communication
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent ban from WDA ONLINE
- Legal action if fraud is suspected
