NO REFUNDS / FINAL SALE
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (size charts are provided)
  • Change of mind
  • Shipping delays outside our control


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We only offer replacements if:

  • The item is defective, or
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo proof of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


NO RETURNS WITHOUT APPROVAL
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first before filing a dispute.

We actively fight chargebacks and submit evidence including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Fraud detection data (IP address, device, etc.)
  • Customer communication

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from WDA ONLINE
  • Legal action if fraud is suspected


CANCELLATIONS
