PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
During high-demand periods (drops, sales, or holidays), processing may take longer.

Some items, including pre-orders or limited releases, may take 2–3+ weeks to ship. These timeframes will be stated on the product page.


SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
WDA ONLINE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

WDA ONLINE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation. If this occurs, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.


DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Weather or natural events
  • Customs (for international orders)
