TERMS OF SERVICE – WDA ONLINE

By accessing or purchasing from WDA ONLINE, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.


3. ACCURATE INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.


4. SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated
  • Some items (including pre-orders or limited drops) may take 2–3+ weeks to ship
  • Tracking is provided once shipped

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. WDA ONLINE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


5. ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Shipping delays outside our control

We may offer replacements only if the item is defective or incorrect, with proof submitted within 3 days of delivery.


6. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

We actively dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence including:

  • Order confirmation
  • IP address and fraud analysis
  • Shipping and delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication

Filing a false chargeback may result in being banned from future purchases and possible legal action.


7. FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order flagged as high-risk. Additional verification (ID or payment confirmation) may be required.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, and content are owned by WDA ONLINE and may not be used without permission.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WDA ONLINE is not liable for any damages related to the use of our products or delays in shipping.


10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.


11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
